 * Please read the "Service Terms and Conditions" below.

 * You need to submit the copy of your passport with photo for the verification of system.

 * How to activate SIM card.
  1) Fill in the order form and submit to us anytime including weekend and holidays. (365 days x 24 hours)
  2) Activate Sim card within business hours.(processing time only less than 10 minutes)
  3) If the activation successful, system will send a SMS to you included balance and expiry date.
  4) Business hours for Sim card Activation
     - Monday to Friday 9:00 ~ 22:00
     - Weekend and Holidays. 9:00 ~ 18:00
  5) We will process your application after 09:00 next day if you submit your request after our business hours.

 * Registration at the mobile webpages support:
  1) IOS 6.0 Version or above.
  2) Most of the android Versions

 These terms apply to all customers renting Annextelecom prepaid SIM card ("our rental product") and they all have to agree to followings in order to place an order.

 * The cardholder will be changed to the user's name automatically 5 days after the arrival.

 1. Effectiveness
  - This contract becomes effective once Annextelecom received application from the customer.

 2. Compliance
  - All rental customers are granted only the right for personal use of our rental product and may not sell or rent it to any unauthorized personnel.
  - So all rental customer's photo image in the passport is needed for certificating their real-name and all rental customer take a identification page in their passport and transmit it to us.
  - Our rental products must be used only for legitimate and legal purposes.

 3. Use of rental service
  - With our rental product, customers use call and data services in south Korea with your own mobile phone without renting a local mobile phone.
  - All customers have to do is to rent a it from Annextelecom and insert it into your phone with country lock released.
  - The SIM Card Rental service may not be available depending on customer's handset.

 4. Nonfulfillment
  - Annextelecom will cancel this contract without obligation to notify customers once it confirms any nonfulfillment of contract, such as renting a our SIM Card to any unauthorized personnel or a non-transmitted identification document (rental user's passport) after completion of false information in the contract.

 5. Cancellation / Refund
   - Cancellation of contract must be made before three business days before the beginning of rental period, in such cases, no rental fees are charged.
  - If your rental product has defect, you can send it back for a refund or exchange, just notify us within 3 days of receiving your purchase.
  - However, your refund or exchange is only applicable if your rental product was not used, worn or altered from the condition in which it was delivered to you in.

 6. Termination
   - The validity of the SIM card is available only to length of stay, no refund for the remaining balance.
  - Customers should not be obligated to return our rental product.

 7. Common things
  - This contract applies based on South Korea legal system.
   - Annextelecom is not to be held accountable for damage or loss resulting for incidents such as war, terrorism, riot, labor strike, production cancellation, fire, volcano eruption, earthquake, energy trouble.
